She can take Armondo's creative ideas and translate them into tangible numbers and a working plan--sorting through what'll fly and what won't. As former Chief Financial Officer for the Victoria Clipper and present Chief Financial Officer for Shuttle Express, Kimberly keeps herself busy with lots of financial matters! By profession, Searing and her husband, Tim, are both Certified Public Accountants. They are also longtime friends of Armondo. Imagine her schedule: mornings at Shuttle Express and afternoons handling Melrose business. Kimberly is proud to exercise her Pro-Renton enthusiasm with a hometown business (and as an extra measure of local foundation, her mom serves on the City Council). "As for working with Armondo, I never have to worry about how things are going operationally - and it's a trade off because he never has to think about the financial aspects of the business," she says.
